The biggest problem with work force housing or low income section 8 housing is who is paying for it! The taxpayers that are already overburdened with paying their own mortgage and bills. What they really need is to lower the permitting fees and all the fees that the state and cities tag onto the developers to build housing. None of this housing is actually affordable. Units that cost $500K per unit or more for an apartment is not affordable. Find out why the cost is so high.

The homeless issues has become a very lucrative business for Oregon. We've lost our timber industry, we're losing our agricultural, farming and livestock industry to large corporations like Bill Gates and the Chinese. Oregon is attempting to pass laws to put handcuffs on small farmers, and limit the water usage for agriculture What's left for us? 🙄😣😥
